The root of the customer service issue has been a result of a business which has grown beyond the capacity of its working individuals to properly attend to each of the requirements a retail business needs to satisfy. Attention to customer service has been the element that has suffered here. The quality of our products is first and foremost to anything else - I take too much pride in my work to ship product of substandard quality. I would rather deal with the backlash of poor customer service than for someone to open the box and question the quality. As of recently, this has been the case - a condition that I do not care to be working within... it is personally defeating to operate this way. The desire to better this is there more than ever and things are in motion now to solve this - and gaining momentum. I wont give up.
